This is the slimmed down version of a video I made while forging the shutter dogs. It’s only 5 minutes or so long and pretty well captures the process. I’ll post a “director’s cut” version later; it’s somewhere around 30 minutes.

Shutter Dogs
A local customer ordered these shutter dogs for an indoor pass-through. She asked for tabs on the back to mount them directly to the shutters and not the wall. This was one of those cases where making something purely decorative was more work than making the functional version.
